Flutter Brazil announces Stéphane Kaloudoff as new CFO

Flutter Brazil, the ecosystem responsible for Betnacional, has announced Stéphane Kaloudoff as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The executive joined NSX Brazil in September 2024 and now assumes the role following the completion of the company’s merger with Flutter. With a successful track record at Carrefour, Sodexo, and Travelex, Kaloudoff brings proven expertise in finance and corporate restructuring, further strengthening the group’s financial management.

As CFO, Kaloudoff will be responsible for the group’s financial operations, with a strong focus on expansion and reinforcing the brand’s presence in the market. Backed by more than 30 years of experience, his arrival underscores Flutter Brazil’s commitment to sustainable growth and financial efficiency, especially at this crucial moment of regulatory transformation in the Brazilian betting sector.

I take on this new challenge with the objective of strengthening Flutter Brazil’s financial management and contributing to the development of a sustainable and scalable model. The regulatory moment in the country demands a high degree of responsibility and operational efficiency, and I am confident that we have the right resources and talent to deliver consistent results in both the short and long term,” Kaloudoff stated.

Flutter Brazil announced its new corporate structure following the conclusion of NSX Brazil’s incorporation. The merger process that gave rise to Flutter Brazil began in 2025, with Flutter Entertainment — the world’s largest sports betting and iGaming operator — acquiring 56% of NSX Brazil for US$350m. Since then, the company has been working to consolidate a structure that combines Flutter’s global expertise with NSX’s local presence, at a strategic time for the newly regulated Brazilian market.

Flutter Brazil

Flutter Brazil is one of the largest sports betting ecosystems in the country, the result of the merger between NSX Brazil — the Brazilian company that owns Betnacional — and Flutter Entertainment, a global leader in the sector and owner of Betfair.

With operations led by Brazilian executives, ensuring national DNA for the brands and closeness to the local market — a key point for public and regulatory communication — the company combines cutting-edge technology with deep consumer insight, delivering a safe, transparent, and responsible entertainment experience. Flutter Brazil also reinforces its commitment to the healthy development of the sector through a solid partnership with the Instituto Brasileiro de Jogo Responsável (IBJR).

Betnacional

Betnacional, the sports betting platform that is part of Flutter Brazil, has been authorized to operate in Brazil with fixed-odds betting since January 2025, under Ordinance SPA/MF No. 2.092/24. Strengthening its positioning as “the bet of Brazilians,” the brand has heavily invested in celebrating Brazilian culture.

It sponsors some of the country’s biggest events and shows, such as Big Brother Brasil 2025, Rio Open, Lollapalooza, Lauana Prado’s Raiz tour, and the iconic Salvador Carnival. Betnacional also has high-profile ambassadors, including football star Vini Jr., singer Nathanzinho, and legendary sports journalist Galvão Bueno, a reference in Brazilian sports narration.

Its presence in sports is notable, with strong visibility in stadiums and advertising across several championships through BRAX. Additionally, it is the official sponsor of Futebol 2025 on Rede Globo, the master sponsor of Sport Club do Recife, and of the Rio Marathon 2025.

Betnacional actively promotes the sustainable growth of Brazil’s betting industry and reinforces its commitment to responsible gambling through a solid partnership with the IBJR.
