GMB – You started at Lotus iGaming exactly when the regulated market in Brazil was launched. What does that mean to you, and what are your goals in the sector?
Lisandra Lemos – That’s right. I started right in the eye of the storm. And it was a fantastic moment, as we signed a contract with a major brand, BIG Brazil, for its site Apostar.bet.br.
These are well-known brands in Brazil. Is starting with a strong player important to introduce yourself to other operators?
Absolutely. Our plans are to bring more regulated brands onto our platform. We have big plans and news in that regard by the end of the year. We want to continue expanding with our platform, which is extremely robust and user-friendly. Our focus is on maintaining very close customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our tools.
With all the government requirements, is Lotus iGaming fully adapted to the regulation of the Brazilian market? What do you expect in terms of growth?
Yes, we are fully prepared. We like to understand what the public needs in order to offer the best experience and ensure our clients’ satisfaction.
The very founders of Lotus iGaming come from the platform market with extensive international experience. Does that open doors for the company?
Definitely. They have been in the iGaming market for more than 20 years and are closely following everything happening in Brazil. There is a wide range of opportunities to move forward in the country, and this will positively add to our entire journey in Brazil.
