"Meanwhile, the phenomenon of multi-club ownership and international conglomerates, under the SAF Law (Law 14,193/2021), presents new governance challenges and risks to competitive integrity, requiring legal safeguards that reconcile investment attraction with the preservation of equality and sports credibility,” added the lawyer.
Finally, Ana Mizutori stressed that the seminar “not only promotes critical debate on the major legal dilemmas in sports today but also contributes to training professionals prepared to excel in a constantly evolving environment.”
