The documentation made available in a dynamic dashboard format by the system constitutes sufficient evidence both for the operator to manage its control environment and for SPA to carry out its supervisory processes.”
Through this new technology, the entity breaks down regulation and structures actions into six main processes:
- Corporate and regulatory governance
- Promotion and implementation of responsible gaming
- Guidelines for responsible communication and advertising
- User registration and identification controls
- Management of betting operations systems
- Fraud and irregularity investigation processes
This optimizes the flow of information and the recording of all evidence and substantive test results during the verification of the operator’s control environment.
“This advancement marks a new era in how the sector can address compliance. By transforming complex legislation into objective and applicable processes, we provide security for the operator and protection for the player,” said Luiz Júnior, EBAC’s CCO.
Equally important is the identification of opportunities for improvement compared to the most innovative market practices, and their inclusion in an Action Plan with reasonable deadlines for the implementation of each measure, ensuring betting operators achieve full compliance with responsible gaming standards by the end of the process.
“The monitoring tool and dashboard have been extremely important for the development of structured processes and projects here at Multi. By aligning with the law and our bettors’ needs, we are now adjusting assertive strategies,” explained Kássia Ferreira, Head of CX at Multibet.
In addition to the newly launched system, EBAC is already working on new technological solutions. The next major initiative will be an e-Learning platform focused on training and capacity-building for operator employees, with practical content adapted to the sector’s reality. The launch is scheduled for October 1, 2025.
With these initiatives, the company consolidates itself as a benchmark in responsible gaming, offering technological innovation, transparency, and credibility to Brazil’s betting ecosystem.
Furthermore, EBAC received the “Best Responsible Gaming Initiative” award during the Bis Awards 2025 ceremony, held in São Paulo in April.
The award celebrated major highlights of the national scene, recognizing talents, projects, and initiatives that transform and inspire Brazilian culture.
To achieve this recognition, the company created an effective protocol capable of directly addressing the actions required by Ordinance No. 1,231/2024 on Responsible Gaming, developed by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance.
