The first panel, titled “LATAM LEADERS: Latin America First – the home grown operators reinventing the game”, takes place at 12 p.m. on Stage 1 – Global Markets – Latin America & Brazil. Fraga will join other industry leaders to discuss the current momentum of the Latin American market.
The debate will explore how local operators, through cultural factors, football partnerships, and payment methods adapted to the region’s reality, are consolidating themselves against foreign competition and driving innovation in the sector.
The second panel, “KYC & conversion: how secure verification can engage more and better active bettors”, scheduled for 2:20 p.m., will focus on how verification processes (KYC) can stop being a barrier and instead become a competitive advantage. The conversation will highlight best practices to make the process faster and more transparent, strengthening player trust and expanding the base of active, engaged customers.
