With the popularization of sports betting in the country, the booklet provides practical information on advertising, authorized payment methods, deadlines for withdrawing prizes, responsibilities in the event of service failures, personal data protection (LGPD), and guidance on how to contact Procon (Procon).
The material also warns about the risks of gambling addiction and offers tips for preventing financial and emotional instability, indicating who to turn to in cases of gambling addiction.
The launch will be broadcast live on the Procon-SP TV channel on YouTube and will feature attorneys Maria Inês Dolci and Ellen Gonçalves, members of the Consumer Rights Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB SP), and Procon-SP's chief advisor, Carina Minc.
