After opening the series by discussing gambling regulation in Brazil, the new episode focuses on women's leadership in the sector, bringing together voices that are changing the industry from within.

The episode features Bárbara Teles, co-founder of the Association of Women in the Gaming Industry (AMIG); Beatriz Melges, regional director of BetConstruct in Brazil; and Amanda Barbosa, Bets executive at iugu, both members of AMIG.

"We want to give visibility to the women who have been fundamental to the sustainable growth of this market. More than recognizing individual achievements and challenges, this episode shows that diversity and equity are drivers of innovation," says Ricardo Destaole, head of Bets at iugu.

According to Destaole, in addition to celebrating inspiring careers, the conversation also reinforces the importance of initiatives like AMIG.

"Investing in diversity is not only a matter of social justice, but also of business intelligence. Companies that invest in diversity make better decisions, innovate faster, and connect more authentically with their audiences," he adds.

Resenha B2B is iugu's official podcast and is now in its sixth season, featuring interviews and analysis on innovation, technology, and business. During the special iGaming season, new episodes will be released every 20 days.
