The platform is also the system provider for BandBet, operated by Bell Ventures, which is the licensor of the Bandeirantes Group brand.
ORDINANCE SPA/MF No. 2,149, of September 23, 2025
Amends the brand established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,344, of June 18, 2025, based on updated information contained in process SIGAP No. 0055/2024.
The SECRETARIAT OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers granted by art. 55, item I, of Annex I of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, hereby resolves:
Art. 1 The brands established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,344, of June 18, 2025, shall henceforth be amended as follows:
“Brands: BAÚ BINGO and BET DO MILHÃO”
Art. 2 This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its publication.
