The ratio of ESG training hours per employee rose from 2,31 hours in 2023 to 3,12 hours in 2024, significantly exceeding the target set for this year.
This improvement has been made possible thanks to the joint efforts of the Sustainability and Learning departments, which have driven the expansion and strengthening of internal ESG training.
Through these initiatives, Zitro reaffirms its commitment to employee training and awareness, advancing towards a more sustainable and responsible management approach.
Founded in 2007 by Johnny Ortiz, Zitro made its mark in the Bingo sector with its video bingo and BET system, popular across many countries. Since then, the company has expanded its reach across numerous jurisdictions, continuously evolving its product portfolio.
Beyond its video bingo roots, Zitro has strategically diversified its offerings. In 2016, the company introduced Video Slot games and ventured into the online market through its Zitro Digital division. This commitment to research, development, and constant innovation has solidified Zitro's position as one of the leading global suppliers in the gaming industry.
The company offers a wide selection of cabinets and an ever-growing game library, serving customers in regulated markets across EMEA, the United States, Latin America, and Asia, with teams working from offices within each region.
Today, Zitro boasts two impressive Technology Campuses dedicated to hardware and software development in Barcelona (Spain) and Bangalore (India).
