The new market standard is authentically Brazilian
Following the success of the 2024 edition, Legitimuz returned to Lisbon even bigger and more impressive. With one of the most prominent booths at the event (twice the size of 2024, at 54m²), the company demonstrated that the evolution of the event mirrors its own trajectory, which can be summed up as growth based on concrete results.
The booth was entirely designed around the concept of “Brazilian Pride”, highlighting four major figures who authentically represent what it means to be Brazilian:
* Esperança Garcia (the first female lawyer in Brazil);
* Santos Dumont (the true father of aviation);
* Carmen Miranda (the first Brazilian artist to conquer Hollywood);
* Machado de Assis (Brazil’s greatest writer).
In addition, two icons of Brazilian culture were featured: the ‘o cachorro caramelo’ and the ‘capivara’, which humorously and tenderly embody the Brazilian spirit.
This setting was no coincidence—after all, the Brazilian market has taught the company valuable lessons on how to make compliance work in complex regulatory environments, with fragmented documentation, multiple verification sources, and constantly changing regulations.

Compliance and performance in action
Over the three days, operators were able to witness the company’s capabilities firsthand:
* Local KYC in under 30 seconds: complete verification that reduces registration abandonment and increases FTD while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
* AML with 19 checks mapped to the vulnerabilities of Ordinance SPA/MF 1,143/2024, in real time.
* Precision geolocation: technology that prevents misuse of location data and reduces CPA waste.
Kayky Janiszewski, founder of Legitimuz, hosted 15-minute mini-talks on how to increase conversion and performance while lowering CAC and boosting LTV for clients.
“We came to show that we are Legit by birth. Brazilian by soul. We deliver compliance that converts, with real metrics, experienced every day by our clients,” emphasized the CEO.
Regulatory expertise straight from the source
Fred Justo, Legitimuz’s Director of Anti-Money Laundering and former General Coordinator of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, also attended the event to share best practices in AML, answer operators’ questions, and explain in detail how Legitimuz’s smart monitoring system works.
The event also provided a stage for major conversations, exchanges, and networking, with dozens of strategic meetings scheduled, a strong commercial presence, and advanced technical discussions with international PSPs. Those who arrived at the booth skeptical about “frictionless KYC” left rethinking their implementation timelines.
2025 as the first step toward the future
The booth, twice the size of the previous year, made the company’s growth tangible. In just two years of operations, Legitimuz already has 120 partner brands, 22 million verified users, 99.9% operational uptime, and an 85% conversion rate.
It is also worth noting that earlier this year, Legitimuz obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, raising the company’s security standards and making it the only 100% Brazilian KYC provider developed for iGaming with this certification.
Legitimuz Day: the company’s next big step
In recent months, more than ever, Legitimuz has demonstrated its strength in the market as a 100% Brazilian solution with global standards. To innovate once again, the company is launching the sector’s first major compliance event, which will take place in October, in Brasília.
For the first time in the history of the regulated market, the sector will be able to see—in a single space—representatives from government, regulatory bodies, operators, lawyers, and online betting executives engage in an open and in-depth discussion about the future of compliance.
More information will be released soon.
