GMB - What are Atlaslive’s news at SBC Lisbon?
Volodymyr Taftai - There are many updates. In fact, new things come up every day because we constantly upgrade our platform and make improvements to provide a better player experience and to ensure the same for our clients. The environment is very competitive, requiring constant changes, and as Latin America is becoming a regulated market, every day brings new challenges.
At the same time, it’s an opportunity to present the best solutions. It’s necessary to balance efficiency, flexibility, and performance. That’s what we do every day by presenting our solutions. Participating in SBC gives us the opportunity to listen to the market and our clients, to understand industry insights, and to deliver the best performance and solutions to our partners.
Have you achieved this goal of offering the best solutions to your partners?
It’s a process because there is no final destination here. Every day brings new challenges and new solutions that must be implemented and delivered to clients. Our industry is very competitive and changes daily. That’s why we work hard to keep up with these changes and constant improvements.

How was Atlaslive’s adaptation process to Brazilian regulation?
Regulation was the right path, and of course, it required many changes according to the established rules. We implemented everything necessary, such as compliance measures and tools to adapt to the Brazilian market. We were one of the first companies to receive certification from Sigap, supported by GLI. This proves that we meet all the requirements set by Brazilian regulation. Still, we must provide flexibility to our clients as new rules emerge so that they can offer the best user experience.
To achieve this, is the keyword innovation? Is it about delivering the best end-user experience through your partners?
Exactly. Innovation, flexibility, and following the regulator’s rules. That is fundamental, as is risk management. We have expanded our solution in this area, including Responsible Gaming. All these aspects must be taken into consideration by a platform to achieve excellent performance. Brazil’s regulation will inevitably spread to other Latin American markets. For us, this is an opportunity that opens the door to consistent, long-term work with our clients.

Did Brazilian regulation provide Atlaslive with the expertise needed to expand into other Latin American markets?
Of course. It was a very good and interesting experience. Even though each country has different player habits and some specific characteristics, the regulatory path has common elements. This experience gives us the opportunity to make future regulatory processes easier and faster.

What are Atlaslive’s plans for the next three to six months?
Our plans are to offer the best experience for our clients by delivering more reliability in our product, efficiency, flexibility, and excellent performance. Every day we bring new solutions and tools. This is our path: to constantly present a better product and ensure consistent success for all our clients and partners.
