The initiative continues discussions hosted by the identity verification network during the SBC Summit Lisbon, one of the leading global iGaming events, which the company participated in earlier this month for the second consecutive year.
At the panel in Lisbon, executives from Unico, EstrelaBet, and Grupo Esportes Gaming Brasil discussed the future of the Brazilian market, highlighting the impact of regulation on the sector's longevity, the role of technology in combating the illegal market, and the importance of innovation to keep pace with new generations of players.
At the event, Unico also presented innovations that have increased conversion and security for operators, such as document reuse, silent approval flows, and advances in proof-of-life (liveness), which already guarantee over 99.5% user conversion, even in the face of sophisticated fraud attempts.
"Regulation reinforces the maturity and robustness of the market and demands continuous innovation to keep pace with player behavior and the evolution of fraud. At Unico, we combine security and fluidity to support responsible and healthy gaming," says Evandro Ernani, Unico's engineering director.

The webinar will be open to the public upon prior registration and will offer practical insights for all stakeholders interested in the future of the iGaming sector in Brazil.
