With over 15 years of experience in human resources across five countries, Thiago has served as VP of People and Performance at Sorte Online, responsible for people strategy with a focus on cultural transformation, organizational design, operational efficiency, corporate education, and leadership development.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in creating and improving processes and programs in complex, dynamic environments, including startups. He holds an MBA in Strategic People Management, Scrum Master certification, is a Master Practitioner in NLP, and a Master Coach certified by the ICF.
With this appointment, Levante reaffirms its commitment to expanding its role in the sector and reinforces its mission to combine experience and innovation to develop strategic actions that attract new customers, strengthen relationships with existing ones, while maintaining its focus on people and on players’ responsible journey.
