RG24seven launches new cybersecurity courses in collaboration with BMM Testlabs’ BIG Cyber

RG24seven Virtual Training, the industry-leading, virtual training system for casino and gambling employees and a BMM Innovation Group (BIG) company, launches new cybersecurity courses in collaboration with experts from BMM Testlabs’ BIG Cyber. The training introduces gaming company employees to the importance of cybersecurity in casinos highlighting data protection, identifying cyber threats, securing payment systems, and regulatory compliance.

Wendy Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of RG24seven, said: “We are pleased to collaborate with top experts from BMM Testlabs’ BIG Cyber. The compliance and cybersecurity experts bring a vast amount of knowledge into the courses. Marzia Turrini, President of iGaming & Cybersecurity at BMM Testlabs, discusses incident response and safe cybersecurity measures for casinos. Travis Foley, BMM Testlabs’ Chief Government and Regulatory Officer, highlights the importance of compliance for all gambling operators.

Anderson added: “Their insight enabled us to develop a training to ensure that gaming professionals understand how to effectively enforce cybersecurity measures and recognize the signs of potential cyber threats.”

Marzia Turrini, who leads BMM Testlabs’ BIG Cyber and also oversees BMM’s digital division, commented: “We all play a critical role in making sure gaming organizations and patrons who rely on our services remain protected. Cybersecurity breaches pose serious risks to the future of all gaming companies. No matter how strong a casino’s technical defenses are, employees are the first line of defense. Investing in employee training is key to preventing attacks.

Anderson concluded: “We designed this training to help gaming employees understand their role in cybersecurity through a culture of compliance created by leadership. We welcome gaming company executives, managers, and other representatives to request organization-wide access to our new cybersecurity training.

The new cybersecurity courses are now available through RG24seven’s virtual training platform. To learn more on how to access the course and provide it to all members of your organization, please contact [email protected].
