The participation of the Associação Jogo Positivo, lawyer Paulo Horn (president of the Special Committee on Lottery Law of the OAB-RJ) and Camilo Roma Brito (president of Analome) has been confirmed. In addition, another edition will have the institutional partnership of the Brazilian Institute of Sports Law (IBDD).
Success of the first editions
The first two editions of the Congress were a success.
The event premiered in Rio de Janeiro on May 5 and 6, with a program focused on the social function of lotteries and the autonomy of federative entities.
In June, the event moved to Porto Alegre, where it hosted technical debates on regulatory models, financing, bidding and public policies in the authorized gaming sector.
The third edition will maintain the proposal of bringing together public managers, jurists, operators and representatives of civil society to discuss the strengthening of subnational lotteries, with a focus on the legal, institutional and economic sustainability of the sector.
The agenda is already in the structuring phase and will be released soon.
