Ordinance 1,453/2025 was published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Friday (4), authorizing the American unit of BMM Testlabs as a certifying entity in Brazil. The recognition, the group's second in the country, attests to the global giant's ability to certify betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be used by fixed-odds lottery operators.
The authorization is valid for three years and allows the company to perform its tests on Brazilian fixed-odds betting standards and the GLI-19 (online gaming) and GLI-33 (sports betting) standards.
This year, BMM opened its office in São Paulo to meet the growing demand from sports betting and online gaming companies, in a move that reinforces the laboratory's goal of operating consistently and closely with the Brazilian market.
BMM offers complete quality assurance (QA) testing services focused on identifying defects, improving product stability and aligning with customer requirements.
Services include UI/UX validation, functional and exploratory testing, integration and API testing, performance testing and automation support. Whether expanding in-house QA or acting as a dedicated team, the company adapts to the needs of your business.
In addition, BMM is a partner for geolocation testing, fraud prevention and identity verification, with the latest and most advanced testing methodologies to ensure operator security.
In a recent exclusive interview with Games Magazine Brasil, BMM's Digital & Cybersecurity president, Marzia Turrini, revealed that the Brazilian laboratory is also able to certify land-based games in the country if the bill legalizing casinos and bingo halls in Brazil is approved.
